In the past week we have being learning to write scary stories with a buddy.What me an my buddy ruby had to do was think of some scary stories that could be real or fake.I found it challenging to try and think of a story that is spooky.I enjoyed writing the scary stories.Next time I would change up the story.Hope you enjoy reading the spooky stories Have fun...

It was a normal stormy dark night and the wind is whistling.Queenie is a tall teenger with amazing dlonde hair and the most dreamy blue eyes.When you look in her eyes you get lost in her dreamy eyes.

Queenie lives alone in a dark forest.She was asleep dreaming of her day tomorrow. since it is stormy she heard a big bang on her window but she didn't bother to get up she look to see what it was because she thought it was just a big brunch hitting the window.She got sick of the banging on the window so she got up and went outside to see if anyone was there but it was just a brunch so she moved it to the side.

Last week for Reading I was learning to create and draw a Rangoli.If you don't know what a Rangoli is well its a flower.What I had to do for this task was to get a piece of paper and then a pencil I had to watch a video on how to draw a Rangoli.

I found it challenging to try and draw patterns inside the flower.I enjoyed making and coloring in my flower.Next time I could change the style and colors that I put into my Rangoil.You can comment on anything you really enjoyed about my flower.I will add a picture of my Rangoli. My Saint

S A I N T Spells Saint So you know what that means another  fun RE Task.What I had to do for this task was to think of a Saint and then write on a piece of paper in our Re books of the saint that we chose.

I chose Saint Mary Mackillop because she really inspires me like a lot.I found it challenging to draw Saint Mary Mackillop from google and then color her in with the right colors.I enjoyed writing what inspired me with my saint.Next time I could change my Saint and choose a different one. I will add a picture of my prayer and my Saint.

Parihaka feather

Today I was learning to polyline a parihaka feather. by putting words on the feather that represent peace.What I had to do for this task was to create a parihaka  feather in google drawing. Manuka plant

In the past week I have been learning to make a sign about ronga my plant was manuka.First I had to paint my sign and then I had to let it dry.After It was dry i had to write on the sign of what i wrote.

Last week My class was doing art for our whole school  assembly.What I had to do was My teacher had to take a photo of us And we had to trace ourselves with sharpie and then paint ourselves.

What I had to do for this task was to find facts and then draw my house saint.My saint was Saint Francis. I enjoyed creating my saint I found it challenging to find some facts.  Last week we did calendar art.we were learning to shade using pencils. What I had to do for this was to choose a native and then trace it on a piece of paper. My native bird was a fantail. Why I think school uniforms should be banned.

Last week it was speech writing.I learned this because speechers were coming up. What I had to do for this task was to pick a topic to write about. And then we had to write on our chromebooks. My speech was about why I think school uniforms should be banned. I enjoyed writing my speech because it was a great topic to write about. I found it challenging to pick my topic Because there was so many to pick from but I found my topic in the end. I want you to comment on what you thought about my speech.

Do you like wearing a school uniform? I strongly believe that school uniforms should be banned and in this speech Iḿ going to tell you why. School uniforms are too expensive, uncomfortable and they always need to be cleaned. Letś get rid of them!

Firstly, school uniforms should definitely be banned in schools because they cost too much money.  Your parents have to buy one each year because kids are growing up way too fast these days. The total of school uniforms for boys is $443 NZ dollars and for girls wait for, it is $526 NZ dollars. You can use this much money to help people in need.

Secondly, they are uncomfortable because if you are wearing shorts or skirts in the winter time your legs can get cold and you can get frostbite and other sorts of things.I also think school uniforms are uncomfortable because it's itchy and it feels tight and also loose buttons.

Lastly, school uniforms should be banned because it is time to change the style uniforms are old school. It is time to change the way we look and get that old uniform out the door and bring the new style inside and hello new trend!!!

This is why I strongly believe that school uniforms should be banned. What do you think about school uniforms? Thanks for listening to my speech.

Today we were learning to talk about charters perceive . My digital objects show 3 reasons why Mr Wolf is guilty or not guilty.

We learned this because it was for a perceive . What I had to do for this task was watch some videos about the story of little red riding and create a slide about why the wolf is guilty or not guilty.

Kia ora Bloggers, Today for online learning.I was learning to make a slide with some words in tongan I had to pronse them in an audio of me saying the tongan and then the english.

All about turtles.

Today I was learning to make a fact poster on turtles.I learned this because it was for an online task.

 I also had to draw a turtle on a piece of paper.  What I had to do for this task was to watch a video all about turtles and create a poster with all kinds of facts. I found it challenging to draw the turtle,s shell.

Kaylah,s escape house creation

Kia ora bloggers, Today I was learning to check a student's escape house game.I learned this because it was for an online task. 

 What I had to do for this task was I had to answer some questions to get out of the house. It was really fun to play.

Bouncy egg experiment

Kia ora Bloggers, 

Last night I did a science experiment where I had to take an egg from my fridge and put it in a glass with vinegar.

And then leave it overnight and see what will happen.In the morning I tipped it out of the glass then rinsed it under cold water . For this task I had to grab an egg and a glass. 

 After I rinsed it it felt bouncy but it didn't work because it cracked. I enjoyed doing my experiment I found it challenging to get it to bounce. I want you to comment on anything you liked.
